A co-worker recommended LaLa Photography, and even though it was over an hour away from our home, we decided to give them a try for our newborn photoshoot back in August. They did not disappoint! The pricing was very reasonable, the studio was gorgeous and everyone was so professional. Gwen was our photographer, and wow, she was a magician with our 12 day old baby boy! She kept him calm and he was so comfortable with her the entire shoot. Kathy led our viewing session - she was so kind and patient while we decided which photos we wanted. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. <3 Our family photos turned out better than we could have ever imagined. Without hesitation, we bought the milestone package and can't wait for our next shoot! :)

We purchased their largest infant package with all the images on digital. When we got the photos, the picture of our baby’s feet were deformed from the swaddle they had him in. There are pictures of him almost falling out of the basket or where he looks shocked. The pictures I am in, the angle the pictures were taken in were awkward or very unflattering. When i addressed this with the studio they said they would photoshop some of them if i listed the specific image numbers. I sent them the list and never heard back. I called and they said they were working on it and would get right back with me. Never heard back. Tried calling again and same thing. It’s been almost a year. There are maybe a handful of pictures we like out of the $1k we spent (i would expect to like a lot more of them considering how much we spent), and I was promised a fix that never came.

So glad we got our pics done here!  The staff was very professional, we did a Groupon and it was a good price.The family pictures turned out great at the viewing, Bev did our photoshoot and it was so easy. She was very knowledgeable and professional, she made my daughter smile! Would love to be back for the holiday photos!!

Honestly I didn’t have a good experience and customer service was not good either.
