Extremely Disappointed with Photoshoot Experience and ServiceWe were really looking forward to a special photoshoot for our 2-year-old and my pregnant wife, but the entire experience was incredibly disappointing. The photos we received were not the ones we selected, and to make matters worse, many were duplicates. Lala photography admitted their mistake but offered no real solution other than suggesting we schedule a new session — at an additional cost! This was completely unacceptable, especially since the error was on their part.We repeatedly followed up, hoping to get the original photos we had chosen, but our efforts were met with silence. Despite our request for a Zoom or another online session to sort this out as my wife was close to due date and cannot travel, they refused to work with us in any meaningful way. In the end, we were left with no choice but to take the duplicated photos, which was incredibly frustrating and disheartening.The lack of professionalism and customer care in resolving their mistake has left us very disappointed. This was supposed to be a memorable experience for our family, but instead, it turned into a frustrating ordeal. I wouldn’t recommend Lala photography to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused service.
